1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using C.L.E.A.R. Prompt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
C.L.E.A.R. Prompt provides a framework and toolset for generating AI prompts. We offer a free prompt builder and paid template packs and courses to help users get better results from AI tools.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you choose to store in the Service.
4. API Usage & BYOK
When using a Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) model, you are directly responsible for any costs incurred with third-party AI providers. C.L.E.A.R. Prompt is not liable for excessive usage or unexpected charges on your personal AI provider accounts.
5. Payments & Refunds
Purchases are billed at the time of purchase. Credits and subscriptions do not roll over between billing cycles. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
The prompts you build and the outputs generated by the AI are yours. C.L.E.A.R. Prompt claims no ownership over your data or templates.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the AI models or any inaccuracies in the generated prompts.
